A display typeface inspired by British-Indian novelist, Salman Rushdie. The main focus of this typeface is contorversy behind his infamous book, The Satanic Verses. The distortion of the letters and numbers represents the conflation of two concepts - freedom of speech and censorship. The ripping element of the Creative Review ad depicts the time that Rushdie hid himself.
